In 2017 we started looking for a high-quality, plug and play, BMW injector rebuild kit on the market and failed to find what we were looking for.  Because of this, we set out to source components that met or exceeded the OEM standards for injectors. All of our BMW injector rebuild kits feature brand new micro filters, pintle caps, and synthetic Viton o-rings replacing the Buna ones found in stock injectors. Viton o-rings have a higher resistance to fuel, oil, and can withstand higher temperatures found in the engine bay.  This prevents cracking and drying out over time, which can cause premature leaks.
