I believe it's almost impossible to remove the injector harness and not lose one of these clips. On top of that, when one pops off, it falls into the automotive pit of despair with all of your 10mm sockets. Anyways, we finally found someone who makes these guys, and decided to offer them to you. Time to remove those bent paper clips and put the OEM BMW injector connector clip back in.
